Criteria:
you have a score of at least 65 on the Business Innovation and Investment points test
for two of the last four fiscal years you have held an ownership interest and directly managed up to two main businesses which had a minimum turnover of AUD$500,000 in each of those years
you have held an ownership interest in your business as follows:
   - 51 per cent, if the business has a turnover of less than AUD$400,000 per year
   - 30 per cent, if the business has a turnover of AUD$400,000 or more per year
   - 10 per cent, if the business is a publicly listed company
you, your partner, or you and your partner combined must have total net business and personal assets of at least $AUD900,000 which will be held in Western Australia within two years of visa grant
you have not been engaged in a business where the provision of professional, technical or trade services took up more than 50 per cent of your time
you are less than 55 years of age, or you are proposing to participate in a business or investment activity which will be of exceptional economic benefit to the State (please refer to the State nomination guidelines)
Take the business innovation stream points test to determine if you are eligible.
The majority of 188 Business Innovation and Investment – Business Innovation Stream visa holders will become eligible for permanent residence under the 888 Business Innovation and Investment visa – Business Innovation Stream once they have owned and managed a business* in Western Australia for at least two years and met the relevant criteria.
* You have not acquired the ownership in your main business (or two main businesses) from a person who was an applicant for, or a holder of, a permanent Business Innovation and Investment visa (subclass 888) or a permanent business skills visa (in subclasses 890, 891, 892 or 893), unless you and that person had a joint interest in the main business for at least one year before you lodge your application for this visa (888).
Either the primary or secondary applicant can apply for the Subclass 888 if the applicant meets the criteria for the 888.
At the time of application for the 888 Business Innovation and Investment Permanent Visa it is expected that applicants would have purchased a residence in Western Australia.

188A签证WA西澳州担保申请条件：
1、商业移民甄选系统EOI打分至少65分。
2、过去四个财年中的两年，年营业额至少50万澳币。 
3、夫妻名下拥有如下任意一种生意：
 - 年营业额在40万澳币以下的企业，申请人需持有51%以上股份。
 - 年营业额在40万澳币以上的企业，申请人需持有30%以上股份。 
 - 对于上市公司，申请人需持有10%的股份。
4、夫妻名下商业和个人净资产至少85万澳元，在188A签证批准后两年内转移到西澳。
5、在生意中花费的提供专业、技术或交易服务的时间不超过50%。
6、要求年龄55岁以下，如果计划的生意或投资对西澳有杰出的经济贡献，可以豁免年龄要求。
WA西澳州担保批准原则： 
 - 55岁以下申请人：除了将DIBP要求的最低资金80万澳币转移到西澳以外，还需要额外提供5万澳币的安家资金和生活费。 
 - 55岁以上申请人：一般的原则是比正常的标准高50%左右。
WA西澳州担保条款： 
 - 作为评估过程的一部分，商业移民中心可能会要求申请人参加面试，或者请独立的机构审核商业计划书； 
 - 到达西澳以后，商业移民中心要求州担保商业移民提供他们在西澳的住址也公司地址，地址变更也要及时通知商业移民中心； 
 - 没有商业移民中心的批准，州担保不能转给其他州或领地； 
 - 如果州担保签证持有人通过其他州/领地申请永居签证，必须先获得最初担保你的州的放行，放行必须在申请永居签证以前获得。
评估申请人对西澳的经济贡献：
申请人必须证明在西澳的生意或投资对本州经济有贡献，可以通过以下方式证明：
 - 转入新资本。
 - 创造新岗位。
 - 扩大西澳商品和服务贸易。
 - 开发西澳产品的出口市场或替代进口。
 - 引进新技能、专业知识、科技或创新，或者 
 - 投资西澳偏远地区。
55岁以上申请人需要对西澳有实质性的和杰出的经济贡献： 
 在评估实质性和杰出经济贡献时，商业移民中心会考虑生意的性质、投资金额、对西澳经济的影响程度。以下申请会被重点考虑： 
 - 投入大量的新资本。
 - 创造技能就业或大量的新岗位。
 - 开发出口市场或取代进口。
 - 引进新技能、专业知识、科技或创新。
 - 在西澳偏远地区开展生意。
 - 对其他经济部门有重大影响。
申请人有义务向商业移民中心证明他们计划的商业活动会对西澳有实质性的和杰出的经济贡献，如果被要求提供证明，建议申请人先联系商业移民中心讨论商业计划。
