188C Significant Investor
Criteria:
Enter into an agreement to either :
Invest a minimum $500,000 into Significant Capital Ventures, a Significant Investor Visa compliant early stage Venture Capital Limited partnership that complies with Part A of the Complying Investment Framework (see www.significantcapitalventures.com.au); and invest the remaining funds in Part B and C of the Complying Significant Investment Framework.
OR
Invest at least $500,000 into a Complying Significant Investment that is of economic benefit to the ACT. For example in a:
    •    Venture capital and growth private equity fund investing in start-ups and small private companies in the ACT; or
    •    Venture Capital Limited Partner (VCLP) fund component in a fund that is actively sourcing investment in the ACT; AND
Invest the remaining funds in Part B and C of the Complying Significant Investment Framework.

1、申请费600澳币，不退。

188C签证ACT首都地区州担保申请条件：
1、满足DIBP对于188C重大投资临时签证的要求。
2、签署协议同意投资500万澳币的合规投资。
3、ACT不发行州债，申请人只能投资基金或是私人公司。
4、ACT对于500万澳币的投资不做具体的细分要求。
5、需要证明投资对于澳洲的ACT的经济贡献。
6、申请州政府提名之前需要与州政府官员面谈。
7、ACT政府不提供或推荐满足条件的投资或管理基金。
8、申请人需要确保投资符合DIBP合规投资的要求。
9、州政府将免除ACT提名的188C签证持有者在ACT学习的海外留学生费用。

188C签证ACT首都地区州担保材料清单：
1、EOI申请号。
2、简历或履历。
3、500万合规投资的证明材料。
4、澳大利亚投资活动概述：包括投资有利于ACT经济创新和发展的证明。
5、护照：主申请人护照首页和澳大利亚签证页（如有）复印件。
6、如使用代理，请填写完成并签字的956表格。
7、支付证明。
8、生意和个人净资产证明：
- 所有生意和个人资产的概况以及他们的来源，提供资金来源的证据（1页）； 
- 资产的所有权和价值证明，以及每项资产对应的负债：
 （1）信托，包括委托书复印件； 
 （2）澳大利亚的现金资产，提供银行对账单或定期存款证书； 
 （3）房地产，包括地契、估值、抵押贷款文件； 
 （4）股票和债券，股票或债券注册、股票或固定利率债券、或债券证书和转让证书； 
- 生意的所有权和价值证明，例如： 
 （1）生意购买证明。
 （2）股权注册、公司注册、股权转让文件。
 （3）历史的公司提取。
 （4）董事和股东的年度收益。
 （5）近四年中两年的企业财务报表：由独立会计根据国际会计准则准备的公司全套财务报表，包括资产负债表、损益表和账目附注。
材料说明：
任何非英文的材料必须有对应的英文翻译，由经认证的译员翻译。

188C签证ACT首都地区州担保申请流程：
步骤1：在线申请ACT首都地区州担保。
步骤2：完成申请表，保存为PDF格式。
步骤3：支付申请费600澳币。
步骤4：打印申请表，连同其他纸质材料邮寄至：

步骤5：州担保批准。
步骤6：通过DIBP SkillSelect提交EOI申请，也可以先申请EOI再申请ACT州担保。
步骤7：将EOI号码通过邮箱发送至migrationservices@act.gov.au，ACT跟DIBP确认申请人已获得州担保。
步骤8：收到EOI邀请后60天内提交签证申请。
步骤9：ACT首都地区州担保有效期为90天。
