188C Significant Investor

Criteria:

  • Must be able to meet the Department of Home Affairs visa requirements

  • Must genuinely intend to live in Tasmania permanently and continue to contribute to Tasmania

  • Have an agreement to invest at least AUD 500 000 into a Complying Significant Investment that is of economic benefit to the Tasmania. For example:

    • minimum $500,000 investment in a venture capital and growth private equity fund actively investing in start-ups and small private companies in Tasmania;
      or

    • minimum $500,000 investment in a ‘balancing’ investment component that includes significant Tasmania based investments.

188C签证TAS塔斯马尼亚州担保申请条件：
1、满足DIBP188C签证申请条件； 
2、必须真正打算永久居住在塔斯马尼亚并继续为塔斯马尼亚做出贡献 

3、达成协议，将至少50万澳元投资于符合塔斯马尼亚经济利益的合规重大投资。

例如： 

• 至少50万美元投资于风险投资和增长私募股权基金，积极投资塔斯马尼亚的初创企业和小型私营公司; 或 

• 至少50万美元投资于“均衡”投资部分，其中包括塔斯马尼亚的重大投资。

 

注：DIBP188C要求的500万的合规投资包括TASCORP发行的政府债券、ASIC监管的管理基金和直接投资到未在证券交易所上市的TAS公司。

 

188C签证TAS塔斯马尼亚州担保申请流程：

步骤1：确认自己满足DIBP188C签证和州担保标准；

步骤2：在线系统填表申请TAS州担保，如果提交申请以后没有收到系统确认、提交信息有误或缺失，请联系business@migration.tas.gov.au；为避免处理延迟，州担保申请必须包含概况近期经商经历的简历和护照首页；

步骤3：获得TAS州担保，有效期6个月（可以在这段时间准备签证申请材料）；

步骤4：通过DIBP's SkillSelect提交EOI申请，并告知TAS你的EOI申请号，TAS会通过EOI发放州担保；

步骤5：DIBP发出EOI邀请，60天内提交正式的188C签证申请。

从申请州担保到登陆TAS，你的状况有任何变化必须通知TAS商业和技术移民办公室。
