188C Significant Investor Visa

Criteria

1) Unencumbered and lawfully acquired assets: Demonstrate that you have at least A$5 million in assets that are unencumbered, lawfully acquired and readily available for transfer to Australia.

2) Investment commitment: Commit to investing at least A$5 million in complying investments as defined by the Austrade Complying Investment Framework.

3) Complying investment details: Provide details of your SIV complying investment intentions.

 

188C签证NSW新南威尔士州担保申请要求申请人至少投资500万澳币到澳洲，没有年龄限制，没有英语要求，无需打分。该签证还大幅减少了居住要求，申请人只需在持有188C临居签证的4年中，在澳大利亚住满160天。在提交188C签证申请之前，申请人要先提交EOI，而且要获得NSW新南威尔士州政府、领地或者澳大利亚贸易委员会的担保。

申请周期：5个工作日

 - 境外申请：820澳币。 
 - 境内申请：902澳币。 
 - 网上支付：Visa或MasterCard信用卡付款，提交签证申请时请提供付款收据。

1、证明有至少500万澳币合法的、可转移到澳洲的资产。
2、承诺投资至少500万澳币到澳大利亚贸易委员会指定的投资框架中。
3、提供投资计划的细节。

材料说明： 
1、所有材料必须为certified copies或公证，如果在线申请需要提供公证件的彩色扫描件。
2、不要邮寄原件，申请材料不回寄。
3、非英文材料必须由认证的翻译机构翻译。

步骤1：通过DIBP SkillSelect提交EOI申请，记下EOI号码；

步骤2：填写NSW188C州担保申请表，准备申请材料；

步骤3：在线支付申请费；
